Intensive / Adjustment Training / Teacher Training

In 2024 we will offer two Trainings:
Primary Series Training (10. – 18. August)
Intermediate Series Training (20. – 25. August)
These trainings will provide an intense practice and learning experience. These trainings are open for everyone with an established Ashtanga Yoga practice.
Andrea will support your own practice and will give you profound insights in all the different aspects of the teaching of traditional Ashtanga Yoga.
