We are so happy that Manju Jois and his daughter Sathu are coming back to Berlin for 5 days in 2026. There will be Mysore classes (Wed-Fri) and a Weekend Workshop. This is a great opportunity, if you have never practiced with them.
The Mysore classes & Weekend Workshop are open for everybody with an established Ashtanga Yoga practice and who is familiar with Mysore Style.

About Manju Jois:
Manju Jois, Ashtanga Yoga teacher of Mysore, South India, is the oldest son of Sri K Pattabhi Jois recognized worldwide as the foremost authority on Ashtanga Yoga. Manju was born on November 16th, 1944. At the young age of 7, Manju was awakened early each day by his father to begin lessons that would forever change the course of his life and the lives of those who would study with him in the years to come. He began his teaching career at the age of 15 with his father and has taught ever since.
He has taught continuously throughout the world for the last 50 years.
Manju´s dedicated life-long mission is to provide trainings for students and teachers in the traditional way of Ashtanga Yoga. He trains students in the ancient style of yoga, which is a combination of the Asanas, Pranayamas and meditation chants.
Places are limited and allocated when payment has arrived.
