Personal data is processed on the basis of the GDPR, in particular:
• Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent)
• Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract / pre-contractual measures)
• Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest)

4. Cookies & Consent Management (Borlabs)

Our website uses the Borlabs Cookie consent management tool to obtain and document your consent to the use of cookies and external services. The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in ensuring the legal compliance of our website). 5. Server Log Files

The hosting provider automatically collects data in so-called server log files, including: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request, and IP address. This processing is based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f GDPR (legitimate interest in the security and stability of the website). The data is deleted after a maximum of 7 days.

6. Contact and registration forms

When you contact us via a form, your information will be stored to process your request. This processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) or for the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).

7. Bookingtool YOGO

For booking classes, workshops, and memberships, we use the external booking system YOGO (provider: YOGO ApS, Denmark).
During the booking process, personal data such as name, email address, booked services, and—if necessary—payment information are processed.
This processing is carried out for the performance of the contract in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
YOGO processes data within the European Union. Data is not transferred to third countries.If YOGO uses cookies or similar technologies, their use only occurs after you have given your consent via our consent management tool (Borlabs).

8. Newsletter (Mailchimp)

We use Mailchimp, a service provided by Intuit Inc., USA, to send our newsletter. Registration uses a double opt-in process. The legal basis for this is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Data may be transferred to the USA. Mailchimp uses the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the EU Commission. However, it cannot be ruled out that US authorities may access data. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.

9. Google Maps

Google Maps will only load if you have given your consent via the cookie banner. The provider is Google Ireland Limited. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

10. SoundCloud

SoundCloud content is only loaded with your consent. The provider is SoundCloud Limited, UK. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
