**In the evening you can start your practice between 7-8pm (Tuesdays 6-6:45pm). Opening Chant is at 7pm (or 6pm).

All levels of practitioners are welcome. Even if you are an absolute beginner, the morning is a great time to start with your Yoga practice.

People with experience in Ashtanga Yoga are always welcome to drop in. To find out if this is the right practice for you, we offer a Beginners Special -
come 5 times in one month to any of the Mysore classes.

Mysore Style: One to one teaching is the traditional way of teaching Ashtanga Yoga (as it used to be taught in Mysore/India by Sri K. Patthabi Jois).

This individual form of practice allows the supportive attention on the student's individual needs and possibilities. The students are practicing in their own breathing rhythm, tempo and current abilities. The teacher supports with individual adjustments, thus correcting and helping them to learn the asanas of the series with all details. Open to all levels of practitioners, beginners are welcome.

Yin Yoga: Yin Yoga is a quiet practice which emphasizes on holding each pose longer while encouraging the entire body to relax. The stretch is passive and we are using the weight of the body to provide traction to the tissues, especially deep connective tissues in-between muscular layers and the surrounding joints. Typically, each pose is maintained for 3 to 5 minutes. Yin Yoga targets the joints by encouraging more opening and spaciousness in each joint. Therefore, people usually feel more freedom of movement after each practice. Open to all levels of practitioners, beginners are welcome.

Led Class: Full "Primary Series" in the traditional counting. The emphasis of the led class is the rhythm of the practice. To attend the class you should have established a regular Ashtanga Yoga practice and you should be familiar with the "Primary Series" at least until Navasana (boat position).

One class takes 60 to 120 min.

Private teaching: If there are special issues or problems you can book a one to one teaching with Andrea.
